Review of Peach Program - Advanced

 

"There are multiple parts of this program that have made it the best fit for me. Firstly, I have loved how it focuses on a combination of staple exercises/lifts + the goal of progressive overload! I think this makes this program trustworthy/strong because it shows new and seasoned lifters that serious gains can be achieved without fancy or complex exercises. 

Already from week 1 to week 2, I saw a 10lb increase on hip thrusts, and felt like my endurance for # of reps increased as well. To me, this was a clear sign that focusing on the same exercises for a period of time, but increasing weight, is most effective for strength. I think this makes the Peach Program standout in a time when quick fixes and fancy exercises are trending across social media. 

 

I really liked how the ab workouts were their own separate page so that I could easily add it into the end of my workouts! Knowing that abs is something I tend to put on the back burner and have gotten bored/couldn't think of a workout for abs - it was so helpful to have circuits already laid out for me! No excuses! 

 

Lastly, what had me sold was the option to receive macros sent to me, as well as assistance with adjusting! I was under-eating before I reached out about macros, but once I contacted Katja about how much I should be eating for the intensity of the program, I was able to correlate my increased strength (ex: hip thrust, lunges, shoulder press) to the fact that I was fueling my body the way it needs to be!"

"I am on week 2 of the peach program and it has been amazing so far! I love how the program focuses on progressive overload so that I am challenging myself more and more each week. I already feel stronger, and I can’t wait to see my progress by the end of the program! This program caters to people of all fitness levels, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging but rewarding fitness program."

"I seriously can’t say it enough but WOW. This program is a game changer. It’s not one of those programs that has 10-12 unnecessary movements that do nothing but tire you out. It’s straight to the point & full of compounds!! Even on my most busiest days when I’m feeling a little rough I can push through this. There’s no extremes, just proper progressive overall & a manageable but challenging volume! I can't wait to tell all of my friends and family about it!! This is exactly what they need!!
